Refund Policy

At Veltenox, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns

We accept returns only if:

• The product is damaged during transit.

• The wrong product was delivered.

• The product has a manufacturing defect.

To request a return, email us with your order number, clear photos, and a brief description of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind.

• Incorrect orders placed by the customer.

• Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are missing original packaging.

Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI after the required details are provided.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
